According to WATE.com, the Grand Resort Hotel and Convention Center in Pigeon Forge has a new owner.
The hotel was purchased in January by Kiwishe-Stoller Acquisition USA, a Texas-based company, for $6.9 million.
Leon Downey, tourism director, said he’s not sure what the new owners will do with the property, but he’s heard rumors they they’ll renovate it or tear it down.
